Abstract	Expenses to maintain machines and plants are immense, and further expenses are necessary to assure their availability during operating time. The question is exactly which people can be employed for such tasks and how can they motivate themselves to achieve such tasks by rational expenditure. It is also a clever idea to exchange their experiences of global or local employment. Can such a society give the much-needed support?
